3, The products on display at the booth, that is, the sample of your company's products to retail.We will be in accordance with customer demand for products shipped to customers after the duty-paid designated locations;

4, To facilitate the customers enjoy your products, your company need to provide samples for tasting.Number decided through mutual consultation.

5, Your company need to provide to our part of the data, for reference: 

a) The settlement of our product's prices 

b) The product's wholesale price during the exhibition (at the same time need to specify the initial amount of wholesale)

c) The product's buy price during the exhibition (at the same time need to specify the initial amount of buy)

d) The product's retail price during the exhibition

e) The product's market price (for customer references);

6, Product sales, unified make invoice by us

7, The 25th a month as our side and your company's balance sheet date,  your company may appointe someone in person to carry out inventory and financial settlement with us.

8, Your company's products, to be designated for the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone as the only designated agents in sales.The price between us is only valid in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, will not affect your company in other parts of the price system.
